FLUKE-718EX 30 Overview

The Fluke 718EX-30G Intrinsically Safe Pressure Calibrator is designed to calibrate P/I (pressure to current) transmitters, a task it accomplishes with precision. The device is equipped to measure pressure through a 1/8-inch NPT pressure fitting and an internal pressure sensor. Alternatively, it can also utilize Fluke 750PEx Series Pressure Modules for this purpose.

In addition to pressure, the Calibrator can measure current up to 24 mA, demonstrating its multifunctional nature. One of its highly useful features is its ability to simultaneously display pressure and current measurements, providing a comprehensive view of the parameters being monitored. Furthermore, it can perform switch testing, adding to its repertoire of functions.

The Calibrator is not only functional but also precise. It provides 5-digit pressure readings in a variety of units including psi, inH2O at 4 C, inH2O at 20 C, kPa, cmH2O at 4 C, cmH2O at 20 C, bar, mbar, kg/cm2, inHg, and mmHg. Its full-scale pressure sensor input is 206.85 kPa or 2.0685 bar, with an overload indication appearing at 33 psi. The device offers a resolution of 0.01 psi (0.01 kPa) and maintains an accuracy of 0.05% FS, ensuring reliable and accurate readings. This combination of versatility, functionality, and precision makes the Fluke 718EX-30G Intrinsically Safe Pressure Calibrator an invaluable tool in its field.
