The Fluke Calibration 1551A-20 "Stik" Thermometer is the new "gold standard" of industrial temperature calibration. Its stainless steel probe and digital readout are fixed together and calibrated as a system. Its large backlit LCD display can rotate 90 degrees which ensures readability from any angle. It also features a user-adjustable stability/trend indicator that signals when the temperature is steady enough for an accurate reading to be taken. The device includes a user-programmable auto-off feature that can prolong the typical battery life to as much as 300 hours. A low-battery indicator and a stop-measure function are also incorporated to prevent inaccurate measurements due to a depleted battery. Plus, you can easily and accurately calibrate the 1551A with a simple three-point calibration function.

"Stik" Thermometer Series

Whether working outdoors in environments where potentially explosive gases may be present or on the floor of a processing plant, the "Stik" series are intrinsically-safe, battery operated, portable reference thermometers designed to go where you work. There are two models to choose from, the 1551A (-50 C to 160 C) or 1552A ( -80 C to 300 C) each with varying probe versions.

The thermometer's probe contains a fast-responding thin-film sensor that makes accurate measurements quickly and with minimal immersion depth. The Probe is available in three versions:

• 4.8 mm x 229 mm (3/16 in. x 9 in.)
• 6.35 mm x 305 mm (1/4 in. x 12 in.)
• 6.35 mm x 508 mm (1/4 in. x 20 in.)

With a superior probe design combined with electronic functions that assist accurate measurement, the "Stik" Thermometer surpasses the capabilities of other digital thermometers.
