Radiation Detector is mainly used to measure gamma, beta and X-rays and uses a Geiger-Müller counter to measure the intensity of ionising radiation. The measuring range extends from 0 ... 10 mSv/h. The cumulative dose, average and maximum dose are shown on the larg 2.3 inch multifunctional display, while the real-time measurements are also shown graphically.
The device has two alarm modes: the radiation alarm (0 ... 100 µSv/h) and the cumulative radiation alarm (0 ... 100 mSv). Both alarms are equipped with different settings for visual, audible and vibrating warning signals. The energy range of the device is between 48 and 1500 keV. The radiation measuring device is equipped with a micro USB interface and a rechargeable lithium battery.
The Radiation Detector also displays the current battery level so that the user is always informed. The brightness of the display can be adjusted as required so that it is easier to read even in different lighting conditions. The date and time are also shown on the display.
This Radiation Detector is ideal for applications in research, medicine, industry and environmental protection. It can be used in nuclear power stations, hospitals, laboratories, radiation monitoring and emergency scenarios. Furthermore, it is also useful for construction companies that are working with radioactive materials and in environmental monitoring to ensure that radiation exposure remains within safe limits.
