A vector network analyzer typically measures the frequency domain characteristics of the Device Under Test (DUT). Use the SNA6000-TDA to analyze the time domain characteristics, the frequency domain parameters can be converted using an inverse Fourier transform. The time-domain characteristics are displayed with time as the horizontal axis. This allows the vector network analyzer to observe the DUT's characteristics from both frequency and time domain perspectives.
