MSO7104X Overview
Experience the X-Factor for yourself with the Uni-T MSO7104X Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO), a multi-function instrument designed to be the high-performance centerpiece of your test bench. This versatile unit can expand to integrate nine instruments in one space-saving device, adapting as your needs evolve. The MSO7104X is not just an oscilloscope; it offers comprehensive signal analysis by integrating the functions of seven independent measurement instruments, making it ideal for complex test environments.
Out of the box, the Uni-T MSO7104X is a 1GHz, 4-channel oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, 4-digit voltmeter, 7-digit frequency counter, and serial bus protocol analyzer (supporting RS232/RS422/RS485/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and LIN). The new 12-bit Enhanced Resolution (ERES) provides exceptional signal clarity. With Uni-T's exclusive UltraAcq, the waveform capture rate reaches up to 800,000 wfms/s, and 2,000,000 wfms/s in Sequence mode. The spectrum analyzer function features up to 1Mpts of enhanced FFT, covering a frequency range of 0Hz to 1.25GHz, with a waterfall curve, four traces, and four detections.
The MSO7104X features an all-new Ultra Phosphor 3.0 display, a high-speed architecture that helps identify elusive signals. The bright and crisp screen offers true multi-window functionality, allowing up to four windows with independent time bases that can be easily arranged. Packed with 48 types of measurements, Quick Measure displays 35 measurements simultaneously, with measurement statistics showing nine parameters in histogram or tendency chart formats. For waveform calculations, the MSO7104X includes basic math, digital filters (high, low, band pass, and band-limit), and user-defined functions.
For digital signal analysis, add the MSO7000X-LA software and Uni-T UT-M15 logic probes for 16 channels of digital logic analysis at up to 1.25GSa/s, with a storage depth of up to 125Mpts and a minimum detectable pulse width of 3.2ns. Unlock the dual-channel, 60MHz arbitrary function generator with the MSO7000X-AWG option, offering a maximum sample rate of 625MSa/s and 16-bit vertical resolution, along with over 200 arbitrary waveforms and various modulation and sweep types.
For visual signal integrity analysis, the MSO7000X-Jitter option provides jitter analysis and eye diagram capabilities, essential for identifying and diagnosing signal issues. The MSO7000X series also offers comprehensive jitter analysis software, including TIE trend charts, histograms, and bathtub curves. Extend your MSO7000X to perform power analysis with the MSO7000X-PWR option, enabling power quality, harmonic analysis, ripple wave analysis, loop analysis, switching loss, and safety operation area assessments.
Enhance your bus triggering and decoding options with additional bus types like CAN-FD, FlexRay, SENT, Audio, MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC429, and Manchester. The new Autoset function uses a fast fuzzy algorithm for quick and accurate signal detection, opening all channels in under 1.5 seconds. The MSO7104X's 1 Gpts memory depth allows for capturing and analyzing tens of thousands of waveforms in a single capture, with customizable search conditions and advanced analysis functions.
The user-friendly interface features a 15.6-inch FHD multi-touch screen and traditional button-and-knob operation, ensuring a seamless and interactive experience. The open user interface allows for customization, and bandwidth can be upgraded to 2GHz. Connectivity options include USB 3.0 Host x 3, USB 3.0 Device, LAN, AUX Out, Generator Out x 2, 10MHz Reference Input, 10MHz Reference Output, and HDMI. The MSO7104X is certified by cETLus, CE, ROHS, and UKCA.
