MSO3054X Overview

The MSO3054X Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) multi-function instrument can serve as your economical centerpiece for your test bench. It can be expanded as your needs change to integrate nine instruments in one, space-saving unit. The digital voltmeter offers 4-digit precision and measures DC/ACRMS/AC+DCRMS, with a limit alarm to alert you when a threshold is crossed. The built-in high-precision frequency counter includes a 7-digit hardware frequency counter, adjustable refresh time, and a totalizer function.

The MSO3054X presents an all-new Ultra Phosphor 3.0 display, a high-speed architecture that helps you find elusive troubled signals. It has true multi-window functionality, allowing you to operate up to four windows with independent time bases and easily drag and arrange them as needed. With 54 kinds of measurements, 27 of which can be displayed simultaneously, and measurement statistics displaying nine parameters in histogram or tendency chart form, you can see your measurements like never before. Basic math and digital filters (high, low, band pass, and band-limit) are standard for waveform calculations.

Enhance your MSO3054X with the Uni-T UT-M15 logic probes for 16 channels of digital logic analysis, and unlock the built-in dual-channel, 50MHz arbitrary function generator with the MSO3000X-AWG option to turn your MSO3054X into a Bode Plot analyzer. Extend its capabilities further with the MSO3000X-PWR option for power analysis, including power quality, harmonic analysis, ripple wave analysis, loop analysis, switching loss, and safety operation area.

For more bus triggering and decoding options, add single bus types like CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, SENT, Audio, MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC429, and Manchester, either individually or with Decode Bundles. The new Autoset function uses a fast fuzzy algorithm with multi-channel parallel processing, opening all channels in under 1.5 seconds and a single channel in less than 1 second, enhancing efficiency and reducing mistakes.

The MSO3054X offers enhanced navigation and search with a 500 Mpts memory depth, allowing electrical engineers to capture and analyze tens of thousands of waveforms in a single capture. Customizable search conditions and advanced analysis functions boost efficiency and enable more focused design and troubleshooting. It can be controlled by SCPI standard protocols, Python, and Labview, and features a built-in web server for remote, cross-platform operation. The user-friendly interface includes a 10.1-inch multi-touch screen and traditional button-and-knob operation options, ensuring a seamless and interactive experience. Connectivity options include USB 3.0 Host x 3, USB 3.0 Device, LAN, AUX Out, Generator Out x 2, 10MHz Reference Input, 10MHz Reference Output, and HDMI. The MSO3054X is certified with cETLus, CE, ROHS, and UKCA.

MSO3000X Series

The MSO3000X series mixed signal oscilloscope features a maximum bandwidth of 500 MHz and a sampling rate of 5 GSa/s. It includes 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels, with a memory depth of up to 500 Mpts. The oscilloscope is equipped with Ultra Phosphor 3.0 technology, allowing a waveform capture rate of up to 2,000,000 wfms/s and 256 grey temperature colors. It boasts an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. The MSO3000X supports various advanced triggers, serial bus trigger and decoding, and advanced sampling and analysis modes such as spectrum analysis, power analysis, histogram, waveform recording, enhanced resolution (ERES), hardware acceleration template testing, and Search and Navigate. Additionally, it offers multiple measurement and mathematical operation capabilities.
