The HAKKO FX-973 features the HAKKO Control Software, which allows for direct temperature operation, setting presets and parameters, displays real time tip temperature and the ability to record tip temperatures, user profiles and auto-cal measurements.

Soldering With Nitrogen

The FX-973 standard, micro and heavy-duty handpieces also work with the N2 attachment chamber for the ability to solder with nitrogen.
