The Brady 177722 replacment printhead is for use with the i7500 Industrial Label Printer. Ideal for sharp, everyday printing and larger barcodes. Easy to remove and install in seconds with quick-release lever and two snap-connectors. Can be interchanged with 600 dpi printhead with no need to update firmware or recalibrate the printer. It is highly recommended to wear approved gloves and ESD grounding devices when handling printheads. To optimize printhead life: clean regularly with IPA cleaning swabs (#PCK-6), replace worn/rough platen rollers, use narrow rollers when printing narrow ribbon/narrow label combinations and avoid uneccesary high printhead heat settings.
