Precision Cutters are stamped from 2.0 - 5.0 mm carbon steel and then precision ground to exact specifications. The steel is heat treated to harden the tool for longer tool life. The surfaces are parkerized to prevent glare from distracting the operator. The sharp blades and carefully matched surfaces allow accurate cutting with less force.
