Overview

The USRP B205mini-i is a compact SDR/cognitive radio that fits within the dimensions of a business card. It operates over a broad frequency range of 70 MHz to 6 GHz and features a user-programmable, industrial-grade Xilinx Spartan-6 XC6SLX150 FPGA, making it a versatile platform suitable for hobbyists and OEM applications alike. The RF front end employs the Analog Devices AD9364 RFIC transceiver, providing 56 MHz of instantaneous bandwidth. The device is powered via a high-speed USB 3.0 connection, which also facilitates data streaming to the host computer. Additional features of the USRP B205mini-i include connectors for GPIO, JTAG, and synchronization with a 10 MHz clock reference or PPS time reference input signal.
