Botron’s ESD Heel Grounders not only are ESDA Complaint (Step 1) but they provide industry leading surface contact for an incredibly reliable path to ground. We recommend each operator dress with two heel grounders, one for each foot. This will create a parallel path to ground when standing (two feet down) and provide additional peace of mind when walking about, as one heel grounder will always remain in contact with the grounding surface i.e. ESD floor.
