The Aven 11013 scissors are used by electricians, mechanics and installers to cut and strip wire. Can also used for shaving thin cables, electrical tape, fabric, paper and plastic packaging. Blades are made from hardened stainless steel to ensure durability and rust free operation. Cuts 23 to 19 AWG soft copper wire. Upper blade has notches to strip 19 AWG and 23 AWG wire. Built in scrapper.
