Clip and splice tape for 8mm wide tapes can be used with either paper or plastic tape, punched or formed pockets, and any cover tape. They were developed to speed up the operation of crimping using a splice tool (K.SPL) and splicing tape together. There is now no need to use a separate clip and then a piece of single splice tape. They come with a brass splice clip and a single splice tape conveniently affixed to one plastic card. This splice also includes an extra black strip to cover the bottom of the sprocket holes for Panasonic, newer Yamaha, and newer Juki smart feeders.
