J-tip are made to fit on our Therm-o-Trac family of stations. They are designed to fit over the heating element and sensor for fast heat up and are internally plated to prevent freezing. These are copper tips plated with Iron and Nickel/Chrome for durability, corrosion resistance, and to prevent solder creep. Tips come pre-tinned with 100% tin to allow for immediate use or storage.
