The Excelta 2899EHT multi-purpose small round semi-flush cutter features stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and carbide inserts for maximum blade life. Hard wire cutting capacity is .008” - .012”. The Anti-Static grips are soft cushioned foam and have a surface resistivity of 10¹⁰ ohms/sq.
