The Siglent SDS7000A-CT-DP is an optional MIPI-DPHY Compliance Test Software package designed for the SDS7000A Series oscilloscopes. It performs compliance analysis based on the CTS 1.0 specification. The oscilloscope captures HS-TX and LP-TX signals on both data and clock lanes using its 12-bit ADC and ≥4 GHz bandwidth, in conjunction with 5 GHz active differential probes. Integrated eye diagram functionality enables signal integrity evaluation, with automated setup and report generation.
