The Siglent SPS6150X is the single‑channel DC power supply in the SPS5000X lineup, differentiating itself by offering a 100 V / 50 A output rated at 1500 W in a compact, cost‑effective form factor. Unlike the higher‑power or multi‑channel variants, the SPS6150X focuses on high-current capability from a single output, making it well suited for powering DUTs that do not require multiple synchronized channels. However, it still incorporates the core advantages of the SPS5000X Series' constant‑power operation along with a fast transient response, 1 mV / 1 mA programming and readback resolution, selectable CV/CC priority modes, adjustable slew rates, list sequencing, remote sense, and comprehensive OVP/OCP/OTP/LPP protection. In addition, the SPS6150X provides a straightforward solution with USB, LAN, analog control, and an embedded web server for both bench and automated test environments.

SPS5000X-Series

The SPS5000X-Series is a programmable Switching DC Power supply series that provides a wide range of output power using single-channel and multi-channel output configurations coupled with constant power capability. The series of power supplies includes sixteen models with voltages to 160 VDC and power to 1080 W. The SPS5000X supplies can be connected in series (2 units) or in parallel (3 units) to meet the requirements of 0~320V and 0~270A, with a maximum combined power of 3240W.
