Aven's SPZ-50 Stereo Zoom Microscope has a magnification range of 6.7x to 50x, which can be enhanced to up to 200x with optional auxiliary lenses and eyepieces.
The C-Mount trinocular port on the top of the microscope is designed to be used with an external camera, giving operators the ability to view through the microscope eyepieces or on a monitor.
Zoom Adjustment
Graduations on the zoom knob tell operators the exact magnifications at which they are working. For applications requiring very specific adjustments, this is a particularly convenient feature.
High Eye Point
10x Eyepieces ensure comfortable viewing for all operators, including those who require eyeglasses. Diopter Adjustment on both Eyepiece Tubes and a highly Adjustable Interpupillary Distance of 52mm to 75mm provide operators with even more flexibility in their individual applications.
Compact and Convenient
This lightweight and compact stand is designed with the operator in mind. Featuring adjustable overhead and backlight LEDs, there is no need for an external light source. The focus mount can be moved to any position along the 280mm track.
Overhead LED Light
The overhead LED light shines bright light on the subject below the microscope. The light can be tilted to the desired angle.
LED Backlight
The backlight LED located at the base of the stand is designed to illuminate translucent objects. The light is covered by a frosted glass plate for soft, diffused lighting. Two clips have been installed to secure slides over the glass plate.
Variable Light Controls
The backlight and overhead LED have individual dimmer knobs to provide ideal illumination from each lamp.
Focus Mount
The focus mount is designed to accommodate 74mm microscope bodies. The focus knobs feature coarse and fine focus options, providing smooth movement along the track stand. The side of the knobs feature labeled adjustment increments for precise movements and measuring.
The tension of the focus mount can be adjusted by turning the inner ring located on the right-side focus knob. To tighten, turn the inner ring counterclockwise. To loosen, turn clockwise.
