ACL Staticide® ESD Polycoat: Durable Static Control

ACL Staticide® ESD Polycoat Static Control Paint for Plastics & Concrete offers superior static control with remarkable durability. This water-based polyurethane coating delivers consistent resistance readings between 10e6 - 10e8 ohms, regardless of humidity.

Once applied to plastic, this single-part system will complete a circuit by providing a swift and safe path-to-ground. It is suitable to use where static interferes with production assembly and ideal to use in static control environments to prevent ESD events. Use on electronic packaging, conveyor parts, and on objects in electronic assembly work areas.

Staticide® 6210 ESD Polycoat is a zero V.O.C. formulation that will not outgas harmful or volatile components once dry. It is RoHS compliant and meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 for static dissipation.
