Q. Will my account settings (User ID & password/log-in credentials) be impacted? 
A. Yes. You can use your previous email address but must create a new password to place orders and access “My Account” on the new This is to ensure the safety and security of your account information.  

Q. What if I cannot find my activation email?
A. Click "Sign In" and select "forgot password". Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the password reset email.

Q. Will I continue to see my discounted prices when I log-in to my account? 
A. Yes. You will continue to see your discounted prices once you successfully sign-in to the new 
Q. I set-up my account with my specific Terms. Can I continue to process my online purchase with my specific terms? 
A. Yes. All existing web users who have been ordering using specific terms can continue to use the terms on their new account by using their existing user ID and Password. 

Q. When I log in to “My Account,” will I continue to see my order history? 
A. Yes. You can see your order history for previously purchased items, track your orders and see current order status. You will also be able to see orders you placed by phone or email, and from our other company websites – and, all in one place. 

Q: Will I be able to see all orders placed under my customer account?  
A: Yes. You will be able to see orders placed by other users under the same customer account, rather than just your user. 

Q. Will I be able to access my Shopping/Wish Lists that I saved previously? 
A. No. You will need to create new wish lists. 

Q. Will I continue to see shipping addresses that I previously saved? 
A. Yes. Previously saved shipping addresses will still be available. 

Q. Will I continue to see saved payment methods? 
A. No. For security reasons, you will need to create new payment methods. 

Q. Will I be able to track my package that I recently ordered? 
A. Yes. You can track all orders in your order history once you successfully sign-in to the new 

Q. I am a tax-exempt customer. Will I be able to have a tax-exempt status at checkout? 
A. Yes, but only if you have already provided us with a tax exemption certificate. If you have already provided us with a certificate, then your order will default to tax exempt status at checkout. If you have not yet provided us with a tax-exempt certificate, you can select “Yes” at checkout for “Is this order tax exempt?” and fill out the tax exemption number. You will still be charged tax on the order, but will receive an email shortly, thereafter, requesting your certificate. Please reply to that email and attach your tax-exempt certificate. Once we have processed your email, we will make an adjustment to your charges. 

Q. Will I be able to use Collect shipping methods? 
A. Yes. You will be able to provide a collect number and bill to your own shipping account. 

Q. Will all the same products still be available on the new site? 
A. Yes and many more.
