SIGLENT'S SSG3021X signal generators have a frequency range of 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz and calibrated output levels from -110 dBm to +13 dBm (typical to +20 dBm). It provides standard analog modulation such as AM, FM, and PM as well as optional pulse modulation and pulse train generation. If I/Q modulation is desired, please see the SSG3021X-IQE.

The SSG3021X offers amplitude resolution of 0.01 dB and frequency resolution of 0.01 Hz. Level accuracy is ≤0.7 dB (Typ.)
