Valutek’s cleanroom tubular polyester floor mop head is manufactured with a 1/2” knitted tube, made of 100% white filament polyester in a spaghetti-style looped pattern to create edgeless tubular strands. These strands are designed to absorb and encapsulate liquids effectively, maximizing sorptive capacity.

The knitted fabric is autoclavable and exhibits extremely low particle and fiber generation, ensuring excellent cleaning results.

All Valutek mop heads are laundered and packaged in a cleanroom, and they undergo testing and manufacturing in ISO-compliant facilities under Valutek's inspection and strict process control to meet Valutek quality standards and product specifications.

The mop head is compatible with a wide range of chemicals, making it ideal for wet mopping of floors in controlled environments such as lab and process area floor cleaning. Its durable design allows for multiple washings, and the mop head is designed to fit standard mop handles.
