CREDIT CARDS :
MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card and American Express credit
cards are accepted. Please include all numbers, type of
card, expiration date and the address at which you receive
your credit card statements. Credit card orders will be
screened for legitimacy and authenticity. We exercise
the privilege to reject any orders or credit card orders
that do not meet Techni-Tool's credit policies.
OPEN
ACCOUNTS :
Open accounts are Net 30 days from date of invoice and
must have prior approval from our Credit Department. Three
to five approved U.S. trade references and a US bank reference
are required.
SHIPPING :
On all export orders, legal title and responsibility for
goods is transferred to the buyer at shipping point, or
warehouse. Charges for postage, insurance, shipping, special
consular certification, export documentation, legalization
and/or special packing will be added to your invoice.
The shipping methods normally used and estimated delivery
times are:
Air Express (Courier) = 3 to 7 working days
Air Freight = 3 to 10 working days
Ocean Freight = 4 to 6 weeks
Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance.
All orders are shipped EX WORKS from our warehouse.
We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method
for an order based on the country of destination, the
weight and the contents of the order, unless you specify
which shipping method you prefer.
