Shipping Policy to the United States
95% of all items in stock ship within four hours of receipt of your order. If you already have an account with us, you can place a ground-shipment order until 5:00 pm EST or an air-shipment order until 5:30 pm EST and your package will ship the same day if the item is in stock. If you’re ordering from us for the first time your package may not ship until the next business day. All shipments are F.O.B., Worcester, PA, USA, unless agreed to in writing, and our primary carrier is United Parcel Service.
You will be asked to choose your shipment method during check out. You will not see actual shipping and handling charges during checkout, as they can not be determined until your order is packed. Actual charges will appear on your invoice

must be shipped via ground carrier and incur an additional per shipment surcharge.
Products marked with this no airplane symbol
must be shipped via ground carrier but do not incur an additional shipment surcharge. We strongly suggest you purchase in case quantities to minimize your cost. Hazardous material items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Techni-Tool observes the following U.S. holidays and will not process or ship orders on these days:

- Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after
