2. PLACING AN ORDER
Note: Anywhere a red asterisk (*) appears, the field following the asterisk is mandatory. You may also click on Terms, Conditions and Notices at any time for more information.
Locate the product you wish to order. You may click Add to Favorites (highlighted by the yellow star) to help you easily locate this item anytime you log into the store.
To purchase an item or items, enter the quantity desired in the empty box next to Add to Cart, then click Add to Cart. The products in your cart will be saved until you check out. Once you add a product, you will see the contents of your cart. You may proceed to checkout, or continue shopping. When all the items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, click on the shopping cart icon and text at the top of the web page. You will then see the contents of your cart, and can proceed to checkout.
If this is your first time checking out on our website, you will be required to populate shipping information and billing information. You will also be required to select a shipping method. If you have a coupon code, you may enter it on this screen. You will have the option to review your order and payment method prior to confirming your checkout.
Note: The minimum order is $50.00. An Administrative fee of $10.00 will be added to orders under $50.00.

3. REGISTERING FOR LOGIN
To register, click on the Register link
Enter your information in the required fields, and click continue. If you are a returning customer click on the Returning Customer link at the bottom of the page. Once a registration is created, you will be returned to the page you were viewing prior to registration.
Registration is only necessary one time. Registration makes any future shopping trips much faster and allows you to check the status, open orders, or your ordering history quickly and easily. Note: During the registration process, any field with a red asterisk (*) is required to complete

6. TAXES:
State sales tax will appear on all shipments to the following states unless a signed official state tax exemption certificate is furnished to Techni-Tool: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ , NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, WA. Percentage is based on your location.

7. QUOTATIONS:
All written quotations are valid for thirty days from day of issuance — unless specifically stated in writing. Quotations, after being accepted, will be subject to credit approval before shipment. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in quotations.

U.S.: $50.00. NOTE: Administrative fee of $10.00 will be added to orders under $50.00.

International: $100 USD Minimum on ALL international orders. $250 USD limit for first-time international credit card orders.

International: MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express credit cards are accepted, as well as payment in advance via Telegraphic Transfer or Electronic Funds Transfer to our designated bank. For new international customer orders and proformas, we have a minimum order of $100 USD. For new credit card orders, we have a limit of $250 USD for the first order. If your first order is over $250 USD, it will need to be paid in advance via either Telegraphic Transfer or Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are paying via Telegraphic Transfer or Electronic Funds Transfer, please allow for a mandatory banking charge fee.

11. HAZMAT SHIPPING:
All products marked with a Hazardous Materials symbol (Hazardous Materials) must be shipped via ground carrier and incur an additional per shipment surcharge. Products marked with a no airplane symbol (No Air) must be shipped via ground carrier but do not incur an additional shipment surcharge. We strongly suggest you purchase in case quantities to minimize your cost. HAZMAT items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE!

12. OPEN ACCOUNT BILLING TERMS:

U.S.: Thirty days net subject to credit approval. Companies wishing to receive open terms should forward three trade references and one bank reference. Allow one week for the consideration of open terms once references are provided. To avoid shipping delay until credit is approved, companies and individuals should use a credit card issued on a U.S. Bank.

International Accounts: Three to five approved U.S. trade references and a U.S. bank reference are required. Allow one week for the consideration of open terms once references are provided. 13. SHIPPING:

U.S.: All shipments are F.O.B., Worcester, PA, USA, unless agreed to in writing. Unless instructed, we reserve the right to pack and ship your order in the most economical way. Our primary carrier is United Parcel Service. (UPS®) 95% of all items in stock ship within four hours of receipt of your order.
Place your UPS air orders by 5:30 pm EST, UPS ground orders by 5:00 pm EST, and credit card orders by 5:00 pm EST, and we will ship them the same day (established account required). We also offer UPS Next Day Air® and 2nd Day Air®. Place your FedEx ground orders by 2:00 pm EST and FedEx air orders by 4:00 pm EST for same day shipping. Ask your representative about specific information and charges.

International: On all export orders, legal title and responsibility for goods is transferred to the buyer at shipping point or warehouse.
Charges for postage, insurance, shipping, special consular certification, export documentation, legalization and/or special packing will be added to your invoice.
The shipping methods normally used and estimated delivery times are:
Air Express (Courier) = 3 to 7 working days
Air Freight = 3 to 10 working days
Ocean Freight = 4 to 6 weeks
Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance.
All orders are shipped EX WORKS from our warehouse.
We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for an order based on the country of destination, the weight and the contents of the order, unless another shipping method is specified.

14. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AND CLAIMS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
Although Techni-Tool takes every reasonable precaution to assure the safe arrival of your shipment, accidents or problems occasionally occur.
All claims must be made within ten days of date of shipment. If there is a problem, please notify the carrier immediately for inspection.

15. UNCLAIMED PROPERTY AGREEMENT:
An integral part of our terms of sale include the agreement that any property or credits that remain unclaimed after two years belong to Techni-Tool, Inc. Customers waive any and all rights to claim such amounts after this two year period of time.

16. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All standard Techni-Tool products are backed by our unconditional pledge: “If, within thirty days, you are not satisfied with any product purchased (except hazmat, custom or special order items), you can return item(s) in the original packaging for replacement, credit or refund, exclusive of shipping charges.”
To return a product, simply call 800-832-4866 or 610-941-2400 for a return authorization number. There is no restocking fee, except as noted, if products are returned in saleable condition within thirty days. (Do not write anything on the manufacturer’s original packaging or use as a shipping carton. Include all accessories, manuals and warranties.)
Please include a copy of the packing list or invoice with a reason for the return. Late returns and incomplete returns will incur a 15%, or higher, restocking fee. We reserve the right not to accept returns after ninety days.
Your return authorization number is valid for thirty days.

No liability is assumed for any consequential damages resulting from the use of a product. Techni-Tool is not responsible nor warrants neither any product for merchantability nor fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties by the manufacturer, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are the sole responsibility of the provider.
