Overview
With the rapid development of wireless mobile communication networks, mobile phones have become an indispensable communication tool in people's daily lives. At the same time, market competition between the wireless communication operators has relentlessly increased. This competition has lead those operators to make on-going efforts to optimize their networks to provide better communication quality, and improved customer satisfaction leading to potential gains in market share.
