    The new TPS2000 oscilloscopes are versatile, portable instruments. Ideal for engineers who need differential measurements up to 30V rms floating, and with the BND power option, it's perfect for industrial power designers, installation and maintenance engineers who regularly confront high voltages up to 600V rms CAT II or 300V rms CAT III floating. With the optional 767TE6666 power measurement software you can now use a single instrument to make a broad range of measurements from measuring high voltages and high currents to debugging control circuits.
