  • Tec-Tuff® cases are made of specially-engineered, 3/8" thick, high-density, structural polyethylene, heat-molded under pressure to give you a case that won't sag in the center or punch through at the corners or the molded-in feet. Then, we add an extra-wide, re-enforced anodized aluminum valance; deep-set to prevent valance separation during use. Next we add: a full-length piano hinge; two ball-bearing, locking-lid stays so the lid stays open, even when filled with tools; extra-wide top and bottom pallet supports; ridged, non-flex, pallets that are hand-sewn, riveted and neatly finished; a comfort-padded handle; and two re-designed, heavy-duty locking latches.
